Very poor customer service. Overall very chaotic and I was told that there wasn’t any availability for my treatment even though I booked in advance. Difficult to communicate with some of the staff given lack of fluency in English. Overall I wasn’t treated very nicely, everything was rushed, no refreshments offered etc. Results were ok but overall experience poor.

The place was kinda cramped, noisy and super busy with the technicians speaking over to each other all the time.
Was my first time getting lashes done there - I would go again as it’s cheap but that’s about it.

I end up not having skin facial as what’s mentioned on the website is not what they do .
Plus after more than half an hour waiting ,a last turned up and asked I signed a form without saying anything about the treatment .
I explained I won’t sign unless I know what am having .
Luckily I found out they are using something different and I asked to cancel the appointment .
