Worst place ever. I was late 10 minutes and after hearing it’s not a problem at all I had to wait more than half an hour for anyone to come to me, and ask twice before that. The reception lady just takes loads of walk-ins and people have to wait. When someone asks ‘how long?’ She replies ‘2 minutes’ when it’s actually 20-30. Had to tell them 3 times what we’re doing with my lashes and eyebrows, they don’t listen to you at all. I’ve spent 2h there on pedicure and some tinting. Ridiculous…
