My appointment was at 10 but did not got served till 11! I did not have a pleasant experience and will never be going back!

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. I came to my appointment early but still had to wait about an hour or so just to be sat on the nail chair. I asked multiple times how long it would take and was told 5 minutes multiple times. Really disappointed as my manicure was also a rush job. Some members of staff were also not wearing a mask or not wearing one correctly. Don’t visit this place if you’re not willing to give 1.5 hours of your time for what ends up being a 15 minute appointment.
