Appointment was over 30 mins late. Felt chaotic and unorganised. Someone’s child blasting out sound from an iPad - not exactly a relaxed salon experience. Treatment was rushed.
Happy with my nails but I prepaid using Treatwell and was told by the manager I had to pay another £5 to get my old gels removed. I tried to show my confirmation and said I’d already selected manicure and remove but she wasn’t having it. This manager couldn’t even be bothered to stand up and come over to talk to me so just spoke to my across the room in front of other customers. Ended up paying it to avoid anymore conflict. Will definitely be finding somewhere friendlier to try in Ealing
It wasn’t a pedicure and shouldn’t be labelled/described as that it was shellac removal and application so the title is misleading. The shellac removal and application was done professionally. The welcome by the Receptionist leaves a lot to be desired who seems to work closely with the man doing the nails next to her (they confer together a lot) and he barely looked up so wouldn’t describe him as friendly either - it feels like somewhere that’s quick to take your money but not much welcome.
