Pay one thing in the app and they ask for more money in the shop. I got extras done which would bump the price but they decided to double charge for take off. It says total £35 with 65%off = £12. £35 just for colour with no take off?? Joke.
The manager apparently also changed the title of the promo at the end INE I was doing my nails. A shame been going there for years

I had a wax a couple of weeks ago but had to come back and leave a review because it was great and good value for money. The customer service was fantastic, I felt looked after and welcomed. Shagufta did a great wax, with high attention to detail and was skilled in her technique. I will definitely be returning!
