Im upset because i feel like they stole something off me - on their part on treatwell it says £5 gel removal - they had no other options on there. Only when i went in and handed in a £10 note, and i asked if they had any change, they took it and when i questioned it, they said “thats because this was a gel nails removal not a gel manicure removal” - this was never made clear, this is a gel removal and on their site it describes exactly what the nail technician done..so they stole £5 from me!
