Been here before for a facial and much preferred the other girl. This time there was no ambience (low tone music, aromas, or set up). Left and my face was very dry. Don’t think any moisturiser was used at the end. Unlikely to return now.

Jyoti was amazing! It was my first ever wax and I was expecting the pain to be crazy, but it was actually so much smoother, easier and painless than I thought. She was a lovely lady and was so kind to me, professional, and did a great job at removing the hair (I had a lot of hair so this was a big task and she did it amazingly!)
