I am writing this review in the hope that management uses it to improve their professionalism. I had a very disappointing experience here. When I arrived, the salon was not clean, and staff hadn’t even noticed I had booked an appointment. Because I was in a rush for work and a flight, I couldn't leave, but the service itself was highly unprepared—they lacked basic tools like a proper nail file, had a very limited color selection, and only had a matte gel top available.
