I booked a facial for my friend’s birthday, and it was a disaster. Totally unorganized, took ages to start, mixed up our treatments despite clear instructions. The environment was awful, kids screaming, loud footsteps above, and bad lighting. The application was messy, smelled overly chemical, and both facials felt the same despite different choices. Not relaxing at all. Wish I could get a refund. Save your money and go elsewhere!
