Good blow-dry, although language barrier a bit of an issue with explaining what I wanted and being told it wouldn't work, so I just opted for a simple straight blow-dry instead....
HOWEVER..... They need to include an option for 'extra-long hair' on their price list, I booked for long hair and paid up-front through Treatwell, and the blow-dry took one and three-quarter hours (making me late for my own birthday lunch), and they then charged me pretty much the full price again as 'extras' because of the time it took and the length of my hair.
To clarify, I have had the bouncy blow-dry I actually wanted with plenty other hairdressers with this length, done in an hour, so it is possible. And it would have been much cheaper in the end to have gone elsewhere and take less time. My objective was to find someone reasonable and local who could achieve a good blow-dry for me regularly rather than having to go to Chelsea or the West End all the time. I'm disappointed I ended up paying double and compromising on what I wanted anyway.... :(

This is possibly the first time a hairdresser has actually cut my hair the length I requested!!! Nice and simple hair salon, and very efficient staff. Did exactly as I asked with my hair, and I am really happy with the result. Also very enjoyable head massage whilst getting my hair washed. Good little salon.

I am SO SO happy with my hair. My hair dresser was Johnny and he did an amazing job with my balayage colour and cut. Won't be going to any other hairdresser in future. Thanks again Johnny 😁
