I didn't have a particularly great experience at this hair salon and wouldn't recommend it. Rosemary, was absolutely lovely and determined to give me what I wanted but unfortunately I was left with big patches of blonde at the front of my hair. She had to leave before the cut so her colleague Antonio cut my hair. He rushed the job, didn't finish it properly and huffed and puffed when I asked him to cut the front of my hair. Fortunately, Rosemary returned just as I was on the brink of tears and did my hair properly for me. I returned to the salon a week later to get the patchiness in my hair fixed which Jenny did really well. I personally don't think the overall experience I had was worth the £90 I paid.

Really love my balayage although it is a little more suble (a little darker) than my ideal. But really happy with it anyway. However the stylist was a little late to my appointment, and when I had the dye on my hair and I was left wondering if it had been left too long or not because I wasn't told. In the end, it wasn't, but the lack of communication was a little worrying.

Very happy with my haircut! Jenny was absolutely amazing - she was very friendly and professional. She did not stop until it was perfect. Would absolutely recommend this salon to everyone!
