First sports massage since Covid first lockdown but have trained via zoom and back with PT when allowed! Had a great chat through thinks with Josh and the medical issues/injuries I had. He made me feel relaxed and was professional throughout! Highly recommend him and I have already booked for next treatment!

Joshua was great. I went in with a calf injury and two weeks later its feeling great. It was a relaxed, professional environment and I felt like I was in good hands from the off. Joshua really knows his stuff and if I get any more injuries I'll certainly be going back.
