The gym was hard to find. Not accurate on Google maps and bad communication with owner was 30 minutes early trying to find place and by the time owner answered and I got to venue I was given a 25 minute massage when I paid for 1 hour. Was made to feel like it was my fault.
During the massage his nails were sharp and I could just feel them digging into my skin. Was not a pleasant experience, was rushed out after it, Definetly won't be returning.

I would recommend Joshua and Evolve Health & Fitness to anyone wanting a massage/rehabilitation catered to your needs.
Joshua was excellent and really got started on a few long standing issues that I've had with my body.
I will be returning at least once a month to continue the therapy.
