We usually go to Trotters but they were fully booked. So I decided to give this one a go as it was local. Toddler moved once (which is normal and other hairdressers have been equipped to deal with this previously). This was then blamed for the back of his hair being cut at least an inch higher than it should have been. I didn’t realise the extent until we had left the salon - it was uneven, short at the back, long at the front and very choppy. I immediately went to another hair dressers and waited for an appointment for this to be rectified. Thankfully, it was able to be salvaged as much as possible. I would not recommend taking a toddler here.

A quick trim left my child with very short and wonky hair! Not ideal at all, she did say don’t worry, child’s hair grows quickly! Well just great!
