Absolutely awful. We had an Australian last and she is not fit to cut children’s hair. She has no patience. I have been to many kids salons and I believe this is my worst experience yet. Do not take your child here, she is not friendly or welcoming. Telling my son she will cut her hands if he moves which obviously scared him and made him cry. Absolutely shocking service. Will not be returning.

Paulette gave my 3 year old son a fantastic hair cut over the weekend. She kept him calm and happy, and managed to do the job of a perfectionist at the same time. He was even checking himself out in the mirror afterwards!
We will definitely be back.
