Absolutely lovely lady who cut my baby’s first haircut and knew exactly what she was doing to keep him entertained with lots of toys even having to use the clippers on him at a smal age of 8 months will definitely be my sons lifetime hairdresser

The person on charge to cut my daughter's hair was to me not that confidante with child and has a way to speak perhaps to straight forward for me. It wasn't easy to deal with my daughter first haircut but when I mention the type of style I was looking for, she went straight on "it is not possible". I asked for a short haircut.
It was our first experience with our 2 years old cut and I did not know it could be a problem to make it short. However, the second staff came to rescue the situation and explain it to us in a different way. And she took over the job. In less than 15mn it was done with absolutely no complain from my daughter.
I did like this lady and her professional. The haircut was really nice too. But when we had to pay they asked for £23 instead of £20. I asked why and the first lady with her manners replied that the treatment last for more than 30mn. I did not feel comfortable with the way she talked to us for the second time. Plus the cut itself did not take 30mn, the set up and the treatment yes. To precise, we arrived 10mn in advance as mentioned on the website but they did not open the door before 10am time of our appointment.
