Unfortunately, after 4 days my shellac has come straight off 3 nails. This has never happened before. Also, I noticed that my cuticles were soaked and pushed back to reveal fresh nails, and no clean up was done underneath my nails even though I had said that I was a teacher and had just done art and apologised for the paint on my fingernails.
I am not one to say stop and ask them to do something, as I think I’m paying for a service which they specialise in. Disappointing :(
