First time at this salon and I booked in for eyebrows. Riya was lovely and the service was very quick. I wasn’t 100% happy with the final result, they were a lot thinner than I wanted them to be but otherwise they look fine. I found the service at the salon a bit strange when going to pay etc, the person who took payment didn’t say anything to me and when I entered the salon I didn’t feel welcomed at all, nobody to say hello etc. Perhaps post lockdown has affected the customer service.
