I had to write a review as months on I’m still dealing with the consequences of having my acrylics removed here. The soak on was left for FOUR minutes to which my nails were hacked off after despite me asking if we should not be leaving them to soak for longer. The acrylics and varnish were filed off, burning my nails in the process and now, one of my nails is infected and the damage is heartbreaking. This experience was so bad and my nails are ruined.
