My nail tech was polite but I feel like she rushed the overall experience of the pedicure and manicure. I got shellac polish for both treatments—it’s been two days and half the polish on one of my fingers has already peeled off. I haven’t done any heavy cleaning or washing up either so not the best manicure in my opinion.

E was very abrupt and did not do as requested. When I asked her to apply the base before the colour she was not happy and muttered in her language to her colleague a few times which was utterly unacceptable. My nail varnish has now come off after 24 hrs and only having two showers. I will not be coming back here ever again! Poor service! Poor attitude!
