I don’t know how to comment on the atmosphere as was there for 15 minutes, felt very rushed and i understand there was someone 15 minutes after me but i felt rushed out, wasnt properly greeted by the lady as well. She did a good job at making it a relaxing experience and was a good lash tint but the customer service could do better.

I did not have the best experience. The therapist constantly kept using tweezers during my appointment when I stated I am fine. I have been charged an extra £9 fee which I will chase up. She claimed the underarms waxing was an extra fee. The Treatwell app confirms my arm and underarm booking. Appalling customer service.
