The overall experience was okay, I didn't feel completely welcome, there were a lot of other customers who were offered drinks on arrival and I was never offered anything. I'm not sure that the manicure and pedicure I paid for was value for money, I did expect more out of the experience especially seeing as I paid for the luxury experience.
