first time using the practice (after a recommendation). due to long term back pain and a couple of other niggles. Amanda's attention to detail was superb, she put me through my pace with stretches and massages but explained everything as she went. I walked out so much better than i did walking in!
booked a follow up straight away. would definitely recommend
