I am grateful for the sessions with Amanda. I had some neck and back pain due to walking off balance from a medical boot to treat a ruptured achilles. The exercises, suggestions for equipment, and treatment have all worked really well. I now have no more pain and have a plan to maintain this. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and I felt very well looked after. Thank you to all.
