I came for some help after neck and shoulder pain due to using crutches with a medical boot after an achilles rupture. Some immediate relief after the first session, and a pathway (with various, evolving exercises) that have left me pain free and feeling in control. Amanda was super friendly, caring, and thorough in my treatment. Highly recommend a visit.
