Amanda was brilliant, I wish I’d found her sooner. She was thorough, looked at the whole picture and throughout the appointment explained clearly her assessment of what was causing all my discomfort and pain. She then gave me exercises to do daily. The treatment she gave me released a lot of the stiffness and alleviated my pain. That night I slept very deeply and woke up with more energy than I’ve had in months. I would highly recommend Amanda. Amazing results after only one session.
