Very thorough analysis of problem areas, then special attention devoted to relaxing the muscles in those areas. Really helped me relax!!
Deep Tissue Massage
Robbie was a wealth of information, definitely knew his stuff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed my back problem and provided advice, stretches and exercises to help as well. Could not recommend enough
Swedish Massage
Received a great treatment from Rob who really focused on my problem areas and gave me some good stretching advice. Really nice guy to talk to as well
