The atmosphere in the salon was very uncomfortable, as the employees wouldn’t speak English despite speaking it clearly. The experience was disorganised - the hairdresser didn’t check what I wanted and did his own thing despite me telling him at the beginning. Also, my hair is now all different lengths, despite asking for it to be the same! Extremely disappointed and won’t be going back. Avoid at all costs!

I booked in for a deep cleansing facial and that's exactly what I got. Nadine is very thorough. The atmosphere she created was soothing. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was ok. Outstanding treatment, I'll definitely be back. Thank you Nadine.
