This nail shop is fantastic and their techniques are top-notch. The use of new utensils for pedicures is always a bonus. My only complaint is that appointments aren’t actually scheduled. You might think you’re coming in for 1pm but you could end up waiting an extra 30 minutes and then have to remind them you’re there. I hope they sort this out soon as it could cost them valuable customers. However my nails always look and feel amazing.

tried to charge me extra for a service I didn’t ask for. Staff was extremely mumbly when I came in and claims at the end of the treatment that I agreed to an extra service. I had showed her my booking screen to show what I had booked and prepaid for when I first arrived. Why wouldn’t we have confirmed the extra price and time if I agreed to a different service? Asked to speak to the manager multiple times and the staff member looked around blankly.
