Overcharged extra £15, when doing nails, when almost finishing they said it be £50 instead of £35, I showed them the picture at the beginning of what i wanted, had no choice but to go along, they also wouldnt accept card and had to go to cash point

Always do a really lovely job with great attention to detail. My BIAB also always lasts well from here (4+ weeks even though I know I’m not meant to wait that long teehee)
