Noir are not managing their Treatwell diary, which meant they had no idea that I had booked an appointment and were not expecting me on arrival. Because of this, I had to wait about an hour before being seen and there was no apology. The artwork was so poor that I had to get it redone the following day. I think the picture speak for themselves. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Very polite, however, there has been an issue with appointment times every time I have been. Today my appointment was 40 minutes late, luckily I didn't have any other plans. I chose a French manicure in Neon green. I love the colour, however it wasn't until leaving I can see that where the gel application was really rushed at the end (due to a walk in appointment) that the colour is very streaky and can still see patches of my previous red gel polish on the free edge of some nails.

Loved my pedicure, very professionally done. The place is calm and the staff were polite. I wanted a regular polish which they didn’t have so refunded me £5 on a gift card. I’ll definitely come back!

I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes at the salon and they cancelled my appointment because they didn’t have enough staff. When I arrived there they knew that they weren’t going to do my nails, and yet they still made me wait 30 minutes sitting there.
