Mercy is friendly and professional. I had facial microneedling done using an automated tool. Mercy added in pre-proceure extractions and a post-procedure gel mask, both of which contributed to an even better treatment outcome and experience.

I had a hydro facial completed and was my first ever facial. I was a little worried as I can have quite sensitive skin, however I am really happy with the results and my skin felt great afterwards. Mercy was really professional and kept me at ease throughout and was such a relaxing experience. The salon was really clean and cosy. A really worthwhile treatment and would highly recommend!
