Kelly seemed lovely but sadly this is was the worst eyebrow wax I have ever had. she took my eyebrows from my nose shortening them. Despite the fact I said I liked them thick with an arch, she made them v thin and rounded. Honestly very upset.

Had the “ultimate bliss” with Kelly today, and it was just that! Kelly was super welcoming and the massage and facial were perfect! I left feeling truly relaxed and can’t wait to book in again :)

Hello, just want to start by saying I absolutely love my job as a beauty therapist and have been in the industry for 13 years now. I have such a lovely clientele which makes my job so fulfilling.
