Torture
No consultation when my hair was dry. Hair washed, water in my ears. Then asked what I’d like, I just wanted a trim as I’m growing my hair.
She then proceeded to detangle my hair with a comb, pulling my hair out. She wiped that hair onto my shoulder.
She then cut my hair, scraping my ears every time with comb.
A lot more was cut than I wanted, but she said that I had split ends and I needed it, so fair enough. Didn’t get to see the back, she left whilst I was still seated.
