The cut is really nice, all my gray hair is gone as requested, the highlights technique was really good BUT twice did I say that I wanted darker highlights to blend in with my hair and twice she insisted that it should be lighter. I wanted darker caramel highlights and I got really light slightly caramel ones... I guess you get what they want here, not what you ask for
