Dear NR1 team I had my hair done yesterday . Romona was brillian she was really caring and attentions to details but she hasnt done what I have asked for. she did hightlights insted bolayage and the picture I have showed different ( she could not speak english. She also cut my fringe and hair too short. The hair today looks kind of Gray and I m not happy at all of the result.She was great but this is not what I asked for!
