I like this salon & staff so really didn’t want to have to leave a bad review, but I’ve had no reply to the email I sent. The root dye I had was really sloppy and stained all around my hairline and ears badly, especially my neck which I didn’t realise until I got home (over an inch of stain down the neck, I emailed a photo.) Really disappointing as this is one of the more expensive services and it’s caused me a lot of embarrassment- the opposite of how you want to feel after treating yourself
