I was really pleased with the wax as the lady was very thorough. The ambience of the room wasn't great but I wasn't overly bothered about it.

Have been here many many times for my hair cut, this time my experience was slightly different, but not bad in the end. I had my hair washed, cut and blown out and the blow out looked gorgeous, only problem is it was blown out curly so I didn't really see that my hair wasnt as layered as I wanted. I really hated to complain especially because the service was otherwise top notch. I called the next day told the situation and they had me come back, fixed my hair to perfection and exactly what I wanted at no charge. Very very pleased with the customer service and in the end I left happy. I know now, even though they do a gorgeous curly blowout, I should stick with straight to make sure that its what. Will definitely be back.
