Whilst the haircuts are great, recent and frequent staff changes mean the quality of the eyelash tint have really done down hill. Staff seem unsure of what they're doing, technique hit and miss, and cleanliness is not as good as it could be.

My root colour and blow wave was great - the colour was spot on and was great value for money. Will return to have hair done here in future.
The Brazilian hot wax left me feeling very uncomfortable - the staff member did not ask if the wax was too hot, and I did not feel confident asking for the temperature to be cooled. As a result I was in a moderate amount of pain travelling back from the appointment, which was only abated with an icepack, aloe vera gel and paracetamol. The job itself was generally clean but not happy with burning discomfort afterwards.
