for the very first time in this saloon- the mani was rushed and gel should have been applied closer to the bed of the nail. i dont feel cuticles have been properly cleaned either.

I always go back to No1 for my nails and eyebrows, even though I moved out of Shepherds Bush 2 years ago! I have been going to them for 4 years and this is the first time I have been a bit disappointed. I felt my eyebrows were rushed, the tint was not left on long enough and I can barely tell the difference in colour. I had to go over hem myself with tweezers when I got home. My nails are messy around the edges. I'll continue to go back because Ive had really postive experiences up to now but perhaps ill be more selective about which therapist I choose to carry out my treatments.

The salon smells a lot of nail polish remover and the sink to wash the hair were full of stains and they didn't seem very clean.
The atmosphere was in general a bit tense, some music in the background but very quiet, nobody talks besides some employees among themselves in some unknown language.
My hairdresser Olga was really nice and precise. I am very satisfied with my cut. Great value for money
