I had booked for me and my mother to get our nails done together as a treat. The lady who did my gel nails was fantastic and they are perfect, however the manicure my mum received really wasn’t great. She kept forgetting which nails she had painted so some had one coat and some have two. Before they were dry, she applied cream to her hands and massaged them, smudging most of the nail paint - she had to re do four at the end. Also her Cuticles are still hurting now days later. Such a shame as mine were great and my technician was really quick and accurate. I think going there is dependent on which nail technician you get!

I didn’t realise manicures were meant to be so painful! I would question the methods used by the staff as I’ve never had my cuticles hacked like that and was yelling in pain. Plus I asked for maroon, it was red. And they didn’t have a maroon in the end but didn’t bother to tell me until I noticed. So I won’t be coming back here.
