Rosa is a fantastic therapist - she cannot be faulted.
However the customer service upon entering the premises requires improvement.
I was told several times that I had booked two appointments at the same time when I had my confirmation of the one hour appointment I had booked in my hand.
I was then asked to pay £45 despite my booking saying £36.
I didn’t find it appropriate to be asked to come behind the cash desk to look at the staff computer before they rectified their system error.

Started more than 10mins late but did make up the time. Good massage overall but the room is along a corridor and could hear what sounded like a loud washing machine and someone's phone ringing intermittently, which were distracting
