Went there many times and everybody is professional and polite starting form Alice at the reception to massage therapists Emma and Alexa but this time , had a poor experience which Adele who was rude and not happy when I asked her to increase pressure on specific areas as calves and made me feel very uncomfortable Furthermore, her massage was 2/5 maximum .Hence some poor reviews about her and not all good reviews ! I will not book with her again :(
