This is my second visit to Professionail, and I'm really happy with the service and quality. My manicure wasn't perfect as I chose a metallic colour - not their fault. Two improvements I would suggest: offering a drink, even if it's just a glass of water, and the staff speaking in English to each other as much as possible. This is only to avoid any paranoia amongst the patrons that they might be being spoken about. It is a really great salon, and incredibly reasonably priced. I've already recommended it to many friends!
