I booked my appointment for 3pm and was kept waiting until 3:10. When the man started on my nails, halfway through he began taking off the gel of the customer next to me. Therefore my whole treatment took a lot longer than it should of and came across quite rude. My nails do look nice although have some 'bubbles' and marks on them.
