Booked at Nikki’s as it was last minute and my usual hairdresser was not available.
I arrived about 10 minutes early but was seen 10 minutes later than my appointment time. Once my hair was washed it was brushed through with a brush rather than a comb, it was very knotted but she kept dragging the brush through.
The cut was very quick so I asked if she could dry it and I would pay the extra, but she had to check her diary, baring in mind I still had 20 minutes left on my appointment time!
