Really good experience at bikki K! Staff was lovely, very reassuring and kind. Great value for money. Could improve ambience of treatment room and card reader wasn't working on my visit.

Had a facial, underarms & eyebrow wax done. The lady who did all the treatments was lovely. However while she was doing my facial so much of the product went in my eyes that at one point they were burning so bad. She didn’t try to avoid the eye area at all instead she massaged the products all over my eyes. I didn’t say anything since I thought may be she is using products aren’t gonna burn my eyes since it is common knowledge to leave the eye contour area alone. Besides the lady at the reception came across as quite condescending and not welcoming at all. I don’t think I will be visiting again!
