Had a horrible experience with hair color. She did not pay enough attention to my expectation. Quality of hair color used is awful.

I’ve been going to Nikki for a while now for my haircuts and I went from long hair to short hair. Nikki got my cut exactly how I wanted it. We discussed it, looked at images, she was really thorough and gave me exactly what I had visioned. I’ve been going for trims every 4-5wks, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hollywood wax left my skin blistered, the wax was too hot. It was so painful after my wax and then blistered over it meant walking was difficult. I won't be returning. The manager was lovely, my waxer spoke little English and when I was asking her questions she wasn't answering them. I cant recommend this service based on the blisters resulting from the stripwax which was too hot for skin.

Asked for a long bob. I said it multiple times even showing pictures. She did not listen and cut my hair short. Too busy talking to her colleague instead of the job at hand.
