Nikki is by far the most professional and kindest beauty therapist/establishment I have ever been to. I have had my brows and lashes done with her, and both have been so professionally done and the aftercare information she provides shows how kn
owledgeable she is on what she does. I had a lash lift with Nikki and it’s by far the best one I have ever had.
Straight after my appointment, despite how great my lashes looked, i noticed one eye’s lash wasn’t as curled as the other (they still looked great though, I just noticed this small difference). Usually I would not say anything in this situation, but Nikki had made me feel comfortable enough to let her know about any issues like this, so I contacted her and she immediately suggested I come back in so we could re-curl this one eye’s lash. She went out of her way to do this correction, even working around my schedule. I know most beauty therapists would not do this in such a kind way. I have since recommended my mum to go to Nikki and I strongly recommend anyone else to as well!

Nikki will not only do an excellent job with your wax but also bring you the good vibes and chat! Wax will never be something pleasant but Nikki makes it as painless as it can possibly be.
