This was my first time getting a wax, Nikki talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. Overall as a first time experience, it was way less daunting thanks to Nikki.

Nikki is extremely professional, she knows what she is doing. I really like how she works, stretching your skin, guiding you through the process, being attentive (I had a hollywood wax). She also made me feel comfortable at all times. Highly recommended!
