I booked my appointment with Nicola as I get very tense shoulders and back. I ultimately wanted results but also booked it as a treat to myself. Nicola was very professional, listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a fantastic massage. She asked me several times if the pressure was good as she was going through the massage which is very important for me. I came out feeling relaxed, treated, and my back feels better than it has in ages. Thanks Nicola, I will be returning!
