Fantastic venue, really make your hair cut feel special. The staff are very knowledgable and attentive and were able to give me on advice on hair that hair not been cut for a good six months. Would definitely visit again.

The venue was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation with the hairdresser without shouting. I was not listened to/heard, I asked for a trim and came out with very obvious layers. When i asked what she was doing, she said 'I'm giving you layers, is that alright?' after the fact. I understand she had had a long day, but I felt like my hair was rushed as it was after 4pm, so a bit of constructive criticism would just be please take the time to be clearer on what the client wants.
