Awkward experience. Preagreed length, style, clearly communicated bad past experiences and concerns but ended up having so much more cut off my hair as stylist only realised it was uneven after she started cutting. It was an okay cut but didn't feel like I had an option and was highly pressured into buying products afterwards. Overall not a good experience and won't be returning.
